Cassandra concentrates her practice on probate, estate planning, contracts, real estate, business formation and transactions, personal injury, and civil litigation.
Cassandra is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma and a native of Vinita. She attended The University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with a degree in Business Finance and was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She received her Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she received the Nathalie Pierrepont Comfort Scholarship, the Am-Jur Academic Achievement Award in Legal Research and Writing I, the Cherokee Nation Graduate Scholarship, and participated in the Robert J. Turner American Inn of Court as well as the Native American Law Student Association and the OU Legal Clinic. During law school, Cassandra worked as a licensed legal intern for private law firms in Oklahoma City and Edmond.
In addition to her work for the Firm, Cassandra has served as an Associate Examiner for the Oklahoma Board of Bar Examiners, she has served on the Board of Editors for the Oklahoma Bar Journal, she has served on the Board of Directors for Grand Lake Association, and she is an Affiliate Member and former Board Member of the Vinita Lions Club. Cassandra currently serves on the Board of Directors for CASA of Northeast Oklahoma, Inc., and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), as well as the Oklahoma Chapter of NAELA, and she is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, as well as the Real Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Cassandra enjoys volunteering her time to give presentations on estate planning to various groups and professional organizations.
In her personal time, Cassandra enjoys various activities with her husband Derek, her daughter Lawrence, and her dog Luke.
