How to reinstate your drivers license after a DUI

You will need to do four things.

1) Get a Drug & Alcohol Assessment (ADSAC)
2) Complete a DUI School
3) Attend a Victim Impact Panel
4) Pay your Reinstatement Fee

For more information on how this all applies to your exact situation feel free to contact us for a free consultation. Lee|Coats Law, contact us today at 918-782-0000 or by email at help@leecoats.com.

“The Fine Print” – In certain situations, an Ignition Interlock Device (IID), aka a blow-n-go as my clients call them, is required to be installed before having your license reinstated. This depends on the number of prior suspensions, the date of those suspensions, the date of your most recent arrest, your blood/breath alcohol content from the most recent arrest, and whether you agreed to take the test or if you refused. Please call for a free consultation to find out how it applies to you.
