Audio Video Requirements for Lectures
1) LCD Projector
2) Projector Screen
3) Wireless Lapel Mic (if room is large enough to require speakers)
4) Flip Chart with Permanent Markers
5) Long enough VGA and Audio cords to be able to put computer in front of stage.
(We only agree to lecture when we are able to do so without any tables or podiums between us and the audience.)
Note: We will bring our own laptop (Mac) with the slides prepared using Keynote. We will have the necessary adapters for connecting a Mac to a VGA cord. Also, we will only agree to recording of the seminars if we are provided with a copy of the final audio and video files for our records.
